How much does PeerBie cost?
Starter is free for up to 5 people. Basic is $10 and Pro $15 per user a month billed annually, or $13 and $19 billed monthly. The Lucy AI add-on is $20 per user a month on Pro and Enterprise. Enterprise is priced for your organisation — contact us.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Try a subscription free for 14 days, no credit card required. New workspaces start the trial on Pro. After your trial, pick a pricing plan that suits the size and stage of your business.
What does the Lucy AI add-on include?
Lucy, your AI Chief of Staff, plus AI employees you can hire, the note-taker for Zoom, Google Meet and Teams, Lucy in Huddles, daily briefings, writing and documents, a knowledge base with AI recall and 30+ integrations with real actions. It is one flat price per user — no credits. It is available on Pro and Enterprise, not on Starter or Basic.
Can I cancel my plan anytime?
You can cancel your plan whenever you’d like. You’ll be downgraded to the free plan. Your data stays; Lucy and other paid features switch off, and the Starter limits apply to new tasks and projects.
What is your refund policy?
For monthly plans, there is no refund and your access will stop at the end of your billing cycle. For annual plans, there is a 7 day grace period.
What payment methods do you offer?
We support payment by credit card. Invoicing and purchase orders are only available with our Enterprise plan.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes: our Startup Program for early-stage companies, and 50% off for non-profit organisations. Annual billing also costs less than monthly. Contact us to apply.
What is the difference between PeerBie and the Lucy app?
PeerBie is the workspace for your whole team — tasks, goals, chat and meetings — with Lucy as an add-on. The Lucy app is a personal app for one person, with its own plans (Free, Pro $9.99 and Max $19.99 a month).
Where is my data hosted?
PeerBie runs on servers in Germany (EU). AI features use model providers based in the US.
