Responsibilities
Typical tasks expected of the candidates:
Identify and research potential clients
Develop and maintain client relationships
Coordinate with marketing teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
Also:
Managing seller onboarding, payments operations, and seller payout processes.
Designing new projects for seller experience and customer support.
Making sure to be trained in the product's use, ensuring a positive and valuable experience.
Providing feedback for new product development processes and improving existing products and processes based on customer feedback.
Develop seller satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
Requirements
University degree
Proficiency in written and spoken both Turkish and English
Strong communication skills
2+ years of work experience
Passion for time management and productivity
Proficiency in MS and Google Office programs, Zoom, etc.,
