Responsibilities

Typical tasks expected of the candidates:

  • Identify and research potential clients

  • Develop and maintain client relationships

  • Coordinate with marketing teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals

  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders

  • Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed

  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data

  • Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives

Also:

  • Managing seller onboarding, payments operations, and seller payout processes.

  • Designing new projects for seller experience and customer support.

  • Making sure to be trained in the product's use, ensuring a positive and valuable experience.

  • Providing feedback for new product development processes and improving existing products and processes based on customer feedback.

  • Develop seller satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.

Requirements

  • University degree

  • Proficiency in written and spoken both Turkish and English

  • Strong communication skills

  • 2+ years of work experience

  • Passion for time management and productivity

  • Proficiency in MS and Google Office programs, Zoom, etc.,
